The Melchor de Macanaz building will be the space where the approximately 80 companies and entities participating will be distributed, setting a historical record for the event, as indicated by the organization.
Each of the participating companies will have a dedicated page on the #UCLM3E portal, where attendees can find relevant information, links to activities, job offers, and internships.
Up to this point, there have already been close to a hundred specific job and internship offers registered, ensuring a wide range of opportunities for attendees, as reported by UCLM in a press release.
This forum serves as a great showcase, aimed at anyone seeking professional options, whether they have studied at university or not.
UCLM3E offers a Networking space for its attendees to participate in brief meetings with the companies present, «which will allow them to learn more about the opportunities they offer and establish professional connections. To participate, you just have to approach the company stands and connect with them to be invited to these meetings,» they point out.
PROGRAM
The opening talk will be given by Horten Soler, an actress from Albacete and an expert in developing transversal skills. There will also be the ‘Intentadores’ show, a humor and entrepreneurship performance starring Eloy Moreno, Ignacio Juárez, and Jesús Rodríguez. An event that promises laughs and valuable lessons on perseverance in the business world.
Likewise, activities will be developed to improve key competencies for the labor market, such as the Elevator Pitch Challenge and the MurderTeam dynamics. Both are competitions among students who will compete for significant prizes. While in the first one they will have to demonstrate their ability to sell their candidacy as employees to the companies, in the second one they will have to solve a murder as a team, thus demonstrating their increasingly demanded soft skills in the job market.
The program includes a series of additional spaces such as the ‘Image’ one, where they can take a professional photo for free to use on their resume and social networks; the ‘Orientation Space’, with professional counselors to answer questions about the future job market; and the Encounters Space, with presentations and workshops on job search and international opportunities.
In addition, there will be the ‘Engineering Space’, especially aimed at students and professionals in the engineering field, organized by the UCLM centers in Albacete.
#UCLM3E has established itself as one of the main employment and networking events in the region, offering a unique platform for attendees to find employment, make professional contacts, and participate in training activities and competency development. Since its inception in 2005, more than 50,000 students and graduates have participated in this event.
