The Councilor for Urbanism, Urban Maintenance, and Mobility, Adrián Martínez, explains that this is the next step after updating the Regulations for the Service and Use Regime of the Underground Parking Lots in the city, as well as the Regulations for Rental Spaces in the aforementioned municipal public parking lots.
Interested individuals must attach documents such as photocopies of ID, the last payment receipt in Cuenca for the Vehicle Tax (IVTM), and the vehicle registration of which the applicant is the owner, adding in the case of renting, leasing, or any other form, a document that proves the right to use that vehicle.
Also, if applicable, a disability or dependency certificate must be included.
Finally, in the case of new applications, a written commitment to relinquish a spot if obtained, must be attached if the applicant is the owner of another parking spot in any of Cuenca’s public parking lots.
