Preparativos para Bodas y Súper Danés actuarán juntos en aniversario de ‘Mi Chambergo de Entretiempo’

The music blog ‘Mi Chambergo de Entretiempo’ celebrates its thirteen years as one of the voices of the Talavera and Toledo scenes with the concerts of Preparativos para Bodas and Súper Danés next Saturday, June 14th starting at 13:30 at the central venue Fotomatón in Madrid.

The band Preparativos para Bodas from Talavera returns to activity after a three-year hiatus without offering any concerts or releasing new songs. The now alternative rock trio formed by Nacho Valentín, Pepe Sánchez, and Visu released their second and latest LP ‘¿Y de qué me sirve a mi decirlo?’ in 2016, as reported by the media in a press release sent to Europa Press.

In their reappearance, they will perform new songs along with others included in their previously mentioned work and in their 2013 debut ‘He dicho que me voy, y me voy’.

Súper Danés will give their first concert in the capital at one of the temples of emerging and independent music in the national scene, Fotomatón. The Toledo quartet of noise rock composed of Juan, David, Nacho, and Andrés takes its name from the star dish of the now-closed establishment Ñaca-Ñaca, located in Plaza de Zocodover.

A hot dog with an extra-large sausage loaded with ingredients that served as a replenishment for musicians to regain strength after a night of revelry.

The event poster was created by the graphic designer from Béjar, an activist for the conservation of commercial signs and signs, and collaborator of the blog Rosa López (@carril_conga), taking the image from one of the parts that are still standing of the Roman Bridge of Talavera de la Reina.

The work is a new attempt to turn this historic structure into a pop icon, as Cecilio did in his song ‘Talavera y sus tres puentes’ and in the well-known ‘Que bonita es Talavera’ by El Pillo with the chorus that has already become part of popular culture: «Lo han arreglao, lo han arreglao, el puente de Talavera, lo han arreglado. Y que bonito señores que lo han dejao».

The music blog Mi Chambergo de Entretiempo began its journey in 2012 and has since been one of the elements of dissemination of the Toledo and Talavera scenes, along with other initiatives like Monasterio de Cultura, the podcasts Rutas Enemigas, Música Envenenada, Sputnik Launch, or Reina Sonora, and the journalist Roberto Martos from Europa Press Castilla-La Mancha.

It has also collaborated with other cultural promoters such as the Talavera de la Reina Book Fair or the Regional Library of Castilla-La Mancha. In 2021, it published the book ‘¡Tú, veráh! En Talavera hay escena!’, which compiled interviews with bands and artists from the City of Ceramics published on its online platform.

It also contributes to promoting festivals in the province of Toledo like Innovart in Los Cerralbos or PielaRock in El Real de San Vicente, and at the national level, it is part of the jury for the band contest at the B-Side Festival in Molina de Segura, Murcia.
