Inscripciones abiertas para Plan de Empleo 2025 en Almansa

During an informative press conference, the Councilor for Employment and the Councilor for Personnel of the Almansa City Council announced the opening of the registration period for the 2025 Employment Plan. This program, developed by the Castilla-La Mancha Regional Government in collaboration with the provincial councils and municipalities, is funded by the European Social Fund Plus.

For this new edition, the Almansa City Council will hire 100% of the available positions, which, pending the final resolution, is estimated to be around 100 contracts, similar to the 2024 call.

Requirements and selection criteria

Interested individuals must be registered as job seekers and, in general terms, not be receiving unemployment benefits. Priority will be given to those who have been unemployed for a long period, meaning they have been out of work for at least 12 of the last 18 months.

Selection will be based on criteria such as family situation, income, and age of the applicants. Additionally, minimum proportions established in the program guidelines must be respected, such as a 7% insertion rate for people with disabilities and a minimum of 55% for women. Currently, out of the 1,600 unemployed individuals in Almansa, 1,100 are women, representing two-thirds of the total.

Training and types of contracts

In this edition, 30% of participants will receive training, a measure that was first implemented in 2024 with positive results. In particular, priority will be given to digital skills courses lasting 200 hours to enhance the employability of the beneficiaries.

The contracts will mainly be for laborers in construction, cultural services, economic sector, childcare centers, environment, and gardens. There will also be positions available for administrative assistants and construction workers specializing in areas such as masonry, painting, welding, carpentry, and gardening.

Furthermore, the program will include coordination staff for managing different areas. These positions will be for professionals with specific qualifications in areas such as childcare centers, occupational health and safety, and, as a novelty in 2025, the addition of a psychosocial coordinator. For this role, individuals with training in social education, social integration, social work, or psychology are sought, with a total of two positions available.

The contracts for laborers and construction workers will last for 180 days (six months), while those for coordination staff will be for 240 days (eight months).

Registration deadline and location

The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until March 24. Registrations can be completed at the municipal employment office (CLIPE). As a new feature, a team of three individuals has been set up to expedite the registration process, which will be done by appointment.
