To support the increasing demands of the growing population, the municipal administration has expanded its workforce to nearly 400 employees, with plans to further enhance its facilities. The recent acquisition of additional office spaces adjacent to City Hall signifies the town’s commitment to centralizing and expanding its administrative capabilities.
The ceremony marked the completion of a stabilization process, integrating 74 new employees as permanent staff under the provisions of Law 20/2021, aimed at reducing the temporary employment rate in the public sector. With a current workforce of 381 public servants, the Valdepeñas City Council is poised to meet the evolving needs of its constituents effectively.
