El Ayuntamiento de Almansa impulsa proyectos emprendedores con programa mentorizado

Almansa City Council, in collaboration with the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) and the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, has launched the first edition of the Coworking Space. This initiative, aimed primarily at entrepreneurs in the Digital Economy sector, is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, and the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha.

The Councilor for Employment emphasized the importance of this program for boosting new entrepreneurial initiatives. «We want to provide entrepreneurs with the tools and support necessary for their projects to be viable and sustainable over time,» he said.

On the other hand, Pedro Martínez, resident mentor of the program, stressed that it is an intensive and practical training. «Participants will not only receive specialized training, but they will also have personalized mentoring to turn their ideas into solid projects,» he explained.

The program, which will last for five months and has free enrollment, will be carried out in person, although some activities can be done online through a telematic platform enabled from the beginning of the course.

Training activities and mentoring

The Coworking Space will offer various activities to enhance the development of entrepreneurial projects, including:

Collective training: practical workshops and group sessions on key topics such as Lean Startup, digital marketing strategies, and talent management in entrepreneurial teams.

Personalized mentoring: guidance by experts in each phase of business development.

Networking events: meetings with successful professionals and entrepreneurs to share experiences and promote collaboration.

Final Demoday: presentation of projects to experts and investors.

The program is aimed at entrepreneurs with early-stage projects who have a strong motivation and availability to participate in training and mentoring. It is estimated that a total of 20 projects, composed of teams of up to three people, can participate in this edition.
