Valdepeñas will celebrate the 13th edition of «Notas del Vino» from May 23 to July 12, aiming to promote the wines of Valdepeñas and its wineries through live music. This initiative, organized by the Cultural Councilor Vanessa Irla, is not only about enhancing the wine culture but also about showcasing the local wineries. The event will feature five concerts at different participating wineries and at the Wine Museum in town, emphasizing wine tourism.
The «Notas del Vino» will not only support wine tourism and music culture but will also have a charitable aspect in this edition. 50% of the ticket sales will be donated to the Red Cross and the Spanish Association Against Cancer, recognizing the valuable work of these associations. Irla expressed gratitude towards the wineries and the Wine Museum for their participation, making this event a success with the public across various editions.
The program will take place in unique winery settings, hosting five live music concerts of different styles. The series will kick off on May 23 at 9:00 pm at the Antigua Bodega Los Llanos with a concert by Monomanía, featuring the best rock and pop music in Spanish, with a ticket price of 20 euros. On June 14 at 10:00 pm, Bodegas San Ricardo will offer jazz with the Abel Trigó Swing Quartet, priced at 20 euros.
On June 27 at 9:30 pm, Bodegas Arúspide will present Flamenkito Covers, featuring successful songs at a ticket price of 12 euros. In July, on the 4th at 9:00 pm, Bodega Félix Solís will pay tribute to the band El Canto del Loco with Locos con encanto, priced at 12 euros. Lastly, on July 12 at 9:30 pm, the Wine Museum will host an acoustic tribute to Luz Casal ‘Entre nuestros recuerdos’ by Carmen Lara feat. Stardust, priced at 12 euros.
