Almansa reinforces its commitment to training and entrepreneurship with two new free courses that will take place in the first semester of 2025. This was announced by the Councilor for Industry, María José Romero, and the Councilor for Employment, Pablo Sánchez, within the framework of the agreement signed between the INCYDE Foundation and the Almansa City Council, as part of the "IAT Almansa Impulsa" project for the period 2024-2027, co-financed to 85% by the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+).
This agreement includes the implementation of twelve self-employment and business consolidation training programs, with a total of four programs per year. These training programs will also include complementary activities such as orientation sessions, awareness workshops, mentoring, and follow-up, with the aim of promoting business success and the development of entrepreneurial skills.
The total budget for the program amounts to 690,088 euros, of which 586,574.80 euros are co-financed by the FSE+ and 103,513.20 euros will be provided by the Almansa City Council. The courses are designed for groups of 20 students per program, with 54 hours of group training over seven weeks, as well as six hours of individual consultancy and mentoring to support the implementation of projects.

- Entrepreneurship and Advancement: E-Commerce and Digital Strategies

Throughout the course, participants will learn about e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, order management and logistics, as well as the use of artificial intelligence to enhance customer experience and optimize business management.
