El número de usuarios de la app Línea Verde aumenta en 439 durante el año 2024

The City Council of Cuenca has carried out a training action for its various municipal services in order to update and coordinate the application and resolution of the incidents that citizens report through the Línea Verde app.

Castellano Barragán has highlighted that «more and more residents of Cuenca are using Línea Verde, as in 2024 the number of users increased by 439 to reach 2,549, compared to 2,110 in 2023.»

Regarding the number of incidents, a total of 2,773 were reported, as informed in the last municipal council meeting, with the most notable ones being related to sidewalks and potholes, water, urban furniture and signs, cleaning, parks and gardens, containers and lighting, almost all of which have been addressed and completed.
