The lifeless body of the 87-year-old man who went missing on Saturday afternoon in San Martín de Pusa (Toledo) has been found in the Arroyo de los Álamos stream in the municipality.
This was confirmed by sources from the Civil Guard, who have deactivated the search operation with the discovery of the body.
In the operation, three patrols from the Civil Guard of Almorox, Fuensalida, and Escalona, as well as 2 Seprona patrols from Toledo and Talavera de la Reina, have been involved in recent days, according to sources from the Government Delegation.
The operation also had the support of a helicopter, a search and rescue dog, and two drones deployed from Madrid, as well as volunteers from Civil Protection from the towns of El Casar de Escalona with 5 members, San Bartolome de las Abiertas with 5 members, Navahermosa with 2 members, and Los Navalucillos with 2 members, along with 10 family members and 25 civilian volunteers, and 4 environmental agents from the Junta.
